Most unopened items sold by our site in new condition and returned within 30 days will receive a refund or exchange. The return window for items sold on our site begins once the order has been invoiced. Invoicing happens when any part of the order is shipped, delivered by a shopper or made ready for pick up. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.
Returns and exchanges without a receipt may be limited. Other restrictions may apply.
The following items cannot be returned:
*Open or defective collectibles.
*Personalized items.
How will I be refunded?
1)Payment method
In most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. If you used multiple forms of payment, your refund may go back to all payment methods used.
For refunds started online, if you originally used PayPal to make the purchase, your refund may come back directly to your site account.
If you’ve lost the credit or debit card the refund is supposed to go back to you on, contact the card issuer for refund information.
2)Timing
Refunds to our site typically take up to 2 days after we’ve approved the refund.
Refunds to a third-party credit card typically take up to 5 days after we’ve approved the refund. For information about refunds to a third-party credit card, contact your card issuer.
For items returned to our Online Return Center, we have to first inspect and process the return. Therefore, once the Online Return Center receives your return, it takes an average of 7-10 additional business days before we’ve approved your refund.
Are shipping charges refunded for our site purchases?
Shipping charges may be refunded depending on the reason for your refund. If your shipping charges aren't refunded, please contact our site Guest Services to determine if you're eligible for a refund. You may not be refunded for shipping charges if:
*Your return was declined by our Online Return Center.
*Your return was not due to an error by us.
If you placed an order and haven’t received it yet, you can refuse your order when the shipper delivers your package. When we receive the returned items, we’ll credit your account for the price of the items and any shipping costs.
